Two Swords

Twins Laurel and Gaeret of the Rock have each been given a dangerous mission: Laurel, to spy on the King’s half-sister, who happens to be a powerful enchantress with an unending supply of contorted schemes for stealing the throne; Gaeret, to investigate rumors of rebellion along the Borders, as soon as he kills a man-eating beast for a distressing damsel with a mysterious agenda of her own. Little do they know how closely their quests are entwined, until they meet at Black Lake Lodge, the stage of the climactic battle between the King and his enemies.
