TO THE DEATH

Paul Stryker (Vietnam Vet, Self-Defense Instructor and Cocaine Addict) is hired to provide security for a new reality pay-per-view television show, TO THE DEATH, in which contestants fight each other literally "to the death" trying to win a big money prize. The reluctant Paul's primary job will be to keep the show's unique and dangerous 16 gladiators from killing each other before the broadcast date. Although repulsed by the idea of training and preparing men to die, Paul cannot resist the huge paychecks he is earning. Aside from the murderous habits of the crazed gladiators Paul must manage, he is also forced to deal with a lethal mercenary hired by the show's perverted producer to "motivate" the combatants to kill on cue and without hesitation. And to complicate matters even further, the beautiful and aggressive sports magazine reporter assigned to cover the gladiator's preparation stirs romantic and sexual emotions in Paul that hadn't been felt in years. The complications and confrontations continue for Paul right up until broadcast time when Paul is himself drawn into the carnage.
