Robert Crawford, a special agent in the FBI, is in a race against time to solve a missing children case that's haunted him for years. With his retirement looming, and younger agents nipping at his heels, Agent Crawford's final hunch before leaving the FBI takes him to an old-time circus on the outskirts Milwaukee.
