My name is Daryl Lark. Except Valerie Nightengale, Grandma Valerie as I used to call her, changed it to Daryl Nightengale when I was only nine years old. How time goes by so fast! I am now thirty-four years old. The old woman changed my name when I was young and helpless and had no choice in the matter.
