Rich Anders was born and raised in Austria. He studied in Vienna, Switzerland, and in the
Rollins College, Winter Park, Florida. He worked in several management positions and traveled all over central Europe in the East and West. In 1977 he visited friends in the Virgin Islands. He liked the islands so much that he stayed. To make a living he bought and ran a store until his retirement. Then he had time to start a career as a writer specializing in “far out” topics. This book deals with one of them.
