A Lack of Mourning

A Lack of Mourning is a short story about the entangled and dysfunctional relationship between a husband, wife, and her step son who has recently moved back to town. It is told from the perspective of each character.The plot line is used to delve into the inner thoughts which distort and twist our conscience and heart. It is a story about the thirst for acceptance, for intimacy, for self indulgence, and the sick heartbreak that finds us when it's over.
