It wasn’t until 2001 when Francesca slowly began to write poetry again, following the tragic events of September 11th. Her first two poems, “Time To Heal” and “Tuesday Morning,” were published in books dedicated to the victims of those events.
Taylor’s first book of poetry, “A Day in My Life,” is the product of work completed between 2001 and 2008. Its subject matter is drawn directly from experiences in her life from childhood to the present such as: loss, unrequited love, recovery and finding strength from within.
