Father of Thousand Orphans

When Francis Pluta entered seminary in Poland to become a Catholic priest he had no idea of the journey God would take him on. From Poland to a prison camp in communist Russia and on to India, his experiences would challenge his faith and trust. When he becomes father to thousand orphans, he finds his true calling, but not without life threatening encounters along the way. Not a few times does he believe that his life is near its end, but always in the forefront of his mind and heart are safety of the innocent boys and girls who need a shelter and safe environment.

Travel with Father Francis as he continually seeks a home for “His children”, somewhere out of harm’s way where they can remember their motherland and keep the hope alive that they will return there to help their war-torn country.
