Battle Plan

These are the rules to Battle Plan and World Wide Battle Plan: wargames created by Rick Loomis in order to be played by mail, email, or on the web. You can get a copy of the rules for free on our website - we are providing this Nook version for your convenience. This game is a multi-player, hidden movement game which is completely computer moderated. In Battle Plan you try to conquer all of Europe with your armies. World Wide Battle Plan is the same game, except on a map of the entire world. You manipulate your armies, air force, navy, missiles, anti-missiles, spies, counterspies, industry, and income in order to eliminate your opponents and become Emperor of the World!
