In the Shadows of Men

It was an Apocalyptic Exorcism. A time of death and little hope. The American Midwest is under attack by communist forces. But the reign of terror comes from somewhere else. A fungal plague has possessed victims to act out the most heinous crimes imaginable. The military sends psychologist, Ben Grey into Dead Chicago to investigate the satanic cultists that willingly embraced the Phage Bacterium. With the dubious help from a band of carnival freaks, he begins to unravel the sordid mystery of the zombie-esque pandemic and the enigmatic riddle of the ominous Sphere.
