My Summer

This is a short poem about love and loss. The writer is longing for something that they can't get back (but they think they can). Just imagine a year without summer and put yourself in the writer's shoes. The writer knows that if they can get this special someone back then their life will be complete. Until then, they will continue to endure the bitter cold and wait.
