Note: Scorn is a graphic novel, text will not scale, best viewed with a viewer capable of 800x600 resolution. Recommended Teen+ due to brief nudity and graphic violence.
Scorn is a parody of the derivative fantasy genre. Set in a stereotypical world chalked full of the usual cast of characters the novel turns the archetypal tale on its head. It sets the reader into the shoes of the traditional antagonist, the bad-guy, and explores the idea that history is largely the viewpoint of the vanquisher.
His name is Scorn and he is war-chief of the Blackfang tribe. He is an orc, a savage, most certainly a cannibal, and one had best bend their neck to his decisions or risk their throat to his fangs. But he is noble, a loving brother, respected by his tribe, and leads his people in the harsh conditions of the reservation known as Gehinnom. From the eye of the orc the story is not as normally told.
Using the painterly style all art is beautifully rendered in digital format.
