I, COLITUS

I, Colitus is based on the first hand observations of Colitus Ventriculitus, an eyewitness to the final days of the great Julius Caesar as he interacted with Marc Anthony, Brutus, Cassius and, of course, Cleopatra, Queen of Egypt. Following in the tradition of the great historians of his time, what I Colitus Ventriculitis did not witness himself, he reconstructed from first hand accounts, second hand accounts, third hand accounts, self serving accounts, rumors, half truths, scurrilous lies and whole cloth. He chose to focus his account on the period following Caesar’s conquest of Egypt as there is nothing that true readers of history value more than depictions of political intrigue, raw ambition, betrayal, murder and, of course, sex.
