Orville Barnes is the right hand man for Big Mike. Big Mike runs an Ohio that is populated with variant humans. People with extraordinary differences. Some people have unbelievable powers. Some people have very small powers. Envy of the real power has caused Ohio to be over run with a drug called booster. Booster enhances small powers at the expense of the users life. Orville and Big Mike have to find the source of all that Booster and put a stop to it. But finding the supply is only the beginning of their trouble.
