The Guardians Book One: Annabelle and Bill's Great Adventure The Move to Ohio

Major Drummond, a cat from the world of Bearth, introduces Annabelle and Bill to the planet Mousari, the planet upon which multliple worlds, including Earth coexist. Earth's pollution is damaging Mousari. Major Drummond recruits Annabelle and Bill to help prevent the sabotaging of an address by the American ambassador to a world wide environmental conference. The Ambassador's children are kidnapped to force him to change his suport. Major Drummond enlists the Ohio pair to rescue the children. The story's appeal is one of adventure and whimsy combined with a concern for the environment and a call for action and change.
