Lyle, the closet cross-dresser is in love with Kat, Sissy is in love with herself and the world is a stranger place when the Internet interferes with relationships. Kat does a favor by impersonating Sissy who met a prominent writer and arts supporter over the Internet and wishes to meet Sissy. The writer also sends a double, Charles, to take his place. The ensuing mayhem pushes these various interactions and relationships to their limit, revealing all for who they really are.
