Leave It!

Leave It! is a disability awareness, health and injury prevention storybook designed for parents and teachers of young children. It uses a day in the life of Gilly, a service dog, to provide the context for introducing children to how people with physical disabilities, both adults and children, do things a little differently but still play and have fun. All people, with and without disabilities, also need to have fun while being safe, eating healthy things, and getting exercise. A companion Teachers' Manual is also available.
