The transformation is completed and Patrick has a tough time adjusting to all the new changes that come with his new temporary body, including fashion! With the help of Amber, a friendly neighbor, Patrick (now Patricia) sets out to get himself acclaimated into his new digs. As Patricia and Amber become closer, Patrick is left wondering if being a woman is the worst or the best thing that could have happened to him.
