Oakland County, Michigan, is one of the most affluent, desirable areas in the Midwest. Lately, however, it has been
plagued by a mysterious entity known as Punitor.

Is Punitor simply a vengeful vigilante or is he a self-appointed avenger who is doling out punishment to the rude and arrogant members of society?
