Day by Day: To See Thee More Clearly

Barnabas believes his new career in network security is a transition out of covert operations. When his mentor taps him as a potential successor, he realizes that he has been an unwitting coconspirator in a larger scale operation. In order to safeguard his family and extract himself from a life as a CIA pawn, Barnabas engages in a high stakes game of hide and seek, of deceit and discovery. The story intertwines three narratives, the interaction between Barnabas and his thrill-seeking, womanizing partner Paul; the high tech world of the think tank in which Barnabas’ wife Alex works; and the covert past which has led each to their entanglement.
