No Sisters Sisters Club

No Sisters Sisters Club begins with unexpected company: a father Bailey has never known, and a half sister, Norma Jean. Norma Jean is talented, but annoying. Bailey and her friends form the No Sisters Sisters Club for best friends, not sisters. While their father travels, Norma Jean stays at Sugar’s house. She and Bailey learn to get along after they meet the cat-snatcher in the woods—an old woman who grabs one of Bailey’s cats. Bailey and Norma Jean also solve a mystery involving an old house in the woods.
History involves the Revolutionary War-era ride of Jack Jouett to save Thomas Jefferson, and the Civil War battle of Trevilian Station.
