Chimera

Samuel Burton has become a national figure after the execution of Timothy Cannon, MD. His role in the posthumous exoneration of Dr. Cannon was the vehicle that thrust him into the limelight. Now, he is faced with a threat the likes of which the world has never seen: A virus beyond anyone’s greatest fear.

In short order, the pandemic gets much worse instead of better. Only one location has hope for a cure and this is in the Dominican Republic, of all places. One woman, by the name of Kimberly Samson, is on the trail of the cure but has been unsuccessful thus far. To make matters worse, there is a charlatan in her midst. This traitor holds another virus that ultimately could determine the very fate of mankind.

A ghost of a man, once broken and forever saved, finds himself once again in the thick of intrigue. Can he once more make a difference? Can he yet again find love amidst his sorrow? Will he be able to stop the tide of terror sweeping the world?
