"Life is what you make of it. Trust in your heart, and you will not fail. You must believe in yourself to make your life worthy. Treat each day as if it could be your last. Family and friends are the most important people in our lives. They help to make us feel better when we are down.

My writing is my art. A lot of my work seems melancholy, but many of my poems are inspirational and hopefully can help others through hard times. I've made it through some rough patches in my life, but I'm on my way to true bliss. When I lost faith in myself, my husband gave the faith back to me. That is why having friends and family close to you is so important."
