Acceptance

"I love to see the glowing faces of my family when they sit down to a well-cooked meal. It gives me an enjoyment to watch them, especially when it is a meal that they all happen to like. It gives them satisfaction, and it gives me approval, which makes me very happy. I know and feel that I am useful and that I am good for something. These little things keep one going and makes life a delight, just knowing I am needed. If you live right, and I mean by doing the things that God put us here to do, then our lives can be smooth. After all, what more is there? Isn't happiness much more gratifying than our own brought-on sadness?

In many cases this is so. Happiness is such a sweet and simple thing. It comes with tranquility, which we also can make for ourselves. Women complain so much about how unneeded they feel, and it's their own fault. They expect the family to read their minds and appreciate all the things they want to do but can't get around to doing. They mean well, but do nothing about it. Life is filled with trials and errors. It's a case of do or die."
