TRUST, a Story of Love & Shotguns

An out-of-work New Yorker takes an excursion into a fantasy world where his hottie girlfriend is having office sex with her boss. He convinces himself she wants him dead after he receives a box of shotgun shells by way of UPS, in a package missing a return address.
