Life Derailed

Oh God, are you there? I'm down this road again. I can't believe I'm doing this; just get me home. This is crazy-walking down the middle of Des Moines Memorial Drive at 4 o'clock in the morning. As soon as I see headlights I'll jump back onto the sidewalk. I hate those bushes; I feel like someone's going to jump out and grab me. At least this way I can see who's out there while walking in the middle of the damn road. So far so good. I wish Rocky didn't have to work. I know he has to go to sleep but I hate leaving while I still have some stash. It makes my walk home longer. Besides, I hate doing it at my parents' house. Damn wind won't let me light my glass. Stopping is not an option-keep moving, just get home…
