A Book of Hope

This book is a compilation of hope, and my own journey of recovery. It includes stories, articles, and is interspersed with poems. My experience with mental illness was on both sides, as a counselor and as a recipient of services myself. I have learned through my life’s experiences and would like to share some of it with you. My true hope came when I became a Christian six years ago. God can truly heal us, and He works through people to reach us. We all have trials in life. I hope you are blessed and encouraged by reading this book.
