Desperate ex con cattle rancher, Wade MacReynolds needs water to keep his herd alive long enough to get them to market. He needs to sell them and use the money to pay restitution and stay out of prison. His only hope is to convince his neighbor, brothel madam, Lily Barnett to give him access to her well. Beautiful and willful, Lily is tired of always taking care of the needs of men and wants something more for herself.
