Volume I of RII is a complete and thorough account of Hitler's rise to power and subsequent rule to September 1939, just before the German invasion of Poland. This volume includes an examination of the Third Reich economy, Hitler's convergence of race and cultural ethnicity, basic genetics, differences in socialism, communism, and capitalism, and explores the psychology associated with Hitler's rise to power. The book attempts to address many problems, to include the propensity for war within society that are predicated from mere perceptions.
