Tony & Evo leave Blondie's with a full tank after her erotic dancing. They tool north on PCH heading for the California/Oregon border. Tony knows he can't drive all night so he pulls over at Pismo Beach. There he discovers what remains of the Kon Tiki Inn and the Pismo Pier. Who is playing that strange music in a 4th floor room of the Kon Tiki? Tony bumps into a patrol for the RRR, a rebel organization living offshore. They talk about the brutalities they suffered at the hands of the Phoenix Army, an invading force from Arizona that forced their women and girls into slavery and bused men and boys to the Rose Bowl to face certain death. A Phoenix Army chopper cruising the coastline spots Tony and the RRR—the door gunner takes aim with his machine gun.
