Left Behind

Peter finds a puppy who has been abandoned by the puppy mill owners who were trying to sell him at auction. Then, a friend of the next-door neighbor hires Peter to look into the noises emanating from the farm next to her house. Peter finds more than noise is emanating from the farm. A couple of meth heads who have set up a lab live there and in addition there is a church whose minister runs a military school. These are the ingredients in Peter and Rosetta's fourth adventure. The meth heads leave behind two waifs, the students in the military school take their military training too seriously and, as events unfold, the minister becomes convinced that the Last Days are imminent. All this leads to a tale of suspense and humor with Peter up to his eyeballs in trouble.
