My Weekly Revival

Cynthia went to learn how to wait on God. Families came to wait on God with expectation. It was a time to worship God, to praise him, in an atmosphere of soft music and lighting. A place where there was quiet, all she heard around her was prayer being said, or a song being sung. Where being at the altar was expressed by song, or reading, or writing, or lying on the floor, or kneeling, or dancing, or just standing there, sometimes with hands raised. Where going to the cross to hug on it was done because she didn’t worry about what others thought. Sometimes they came together in a group to pray specifically for someone. For the sick, the lost, the church, the pastors and their families, for God’s provision, for each other. It is a time that Cynthia will cherish forever.
