Human Energy Body Awareness

Human Energy Body Awareness presents an eclectic view of our energetic presence and relates it to our everyday life and the spiritual essence that we are. Should we ponder and, remove the mind, emotions and the body then who are we? We still exist because we are not the mind, emotions or the body. We have availability to feel as if we are fully present as the mind, emotions and body, but we are the life source energy that keeps those constructs in physical existence, whether they are tangible or not. This life source energy that we are is our spiritual self and it moves into physical form and fuels every single aspect of it, from what color our toothbrush is, to whether we will be successful in what we engage. Spirit energy is of a higher vibration and at the highest point I refer to it as the frequency of the Creator. We all have ability to enjoy life as the frequency of the Creator. In order to do so we have to take up our sovereign self and live as such. Presented in the book are life comparisons, tools and a complete spiritual process that assists in raising our own vibration and living our life in an authentic way, which is aligned with the vibrations of the sacred chamber of our own heart, and therefore of the same vibration as the Creator or source energy.
