Being fourteen years-old, Scott Walker lives at the whim of his parents. His dad's company, DieOxyn Chemical has forced Scott's family to move to Bump City, Oregon. Here, DIeOxyn is experimenting with a creature that lives as a toxic gas. The bigger problem is that the gas is very angry and wants nothing more than to escape into the world and get revenge on those that caused it pain!
