The Deep Forest

This short story is about a girl on her path of self discovery, as she reflects back on her life and the things that have happened to her, as she finally finds her place in life, a place she fits into; that girl is basically me, although i wrote parts of her experiences with some different friends in mind, not just myself. This story is also about mythology, different gods and spirits of different cultures, but the main spirit is from Slavic mythology. The place they all meet up is called the Summer Land, or what i think it might be like. Neil Gaiman was my biggest inspiration for this particular story, which started as a poem that just kept going.
