I wrote this cookbook to fill a need in my life as well as one I saw in others. Most of the old ways are best, and even more frugal, and this book is dedicated to that purpose. In this book you will learn not only great recipes, but also how to make the mixes and condiments yourself so you won't be spending time and gas to run to the grocery store when you discover you are out of an ingredient.
