Where The Road Leads

Written before, during and after the author's recently completed mission trip to the West African nation of Niger, these poems bring to life the roller coaster of emotion before, during and after. Joe's poetry is straight-forward and unapologetic. His poems bring us along as he journeys from the moment he decided to make the trip and all the way back home with very complex observations. Readers will enjoy the sights and sounds of Niger, while others will be faced with accepting the challenge to not take their lives for granted.
