Heart of Darkness

A riverboat captain named Marlow receives a simple assignment: to float upriver, deep into the heart of the colonized Congo, and find a wayward ivory trader named Kurtz. Yet the job is much more than it seems. Life in the jungle has transformed Kurtz into a sick, dangerous, ambitious, and manipulative man, and the search to find him begins to weight heavily on Marlow's soul.
