Water Resources Management on the U.S.-Mexico Border

This booklet focuses on the continued conundrum of how to most effectively manage the border regions water resources as the need for solutions becomes more urgent. Surveys the numerous institutions currently charged with water resources management and recommend approaches for increasing cross-institutional partnerships. Assesses the current status of water resources data gathering and data sharing, with special attention on groundwater.
