Four different intelligent beings visit Earth, arriving in a flying saucer. One visitor delivers two suggestions on how current Earth terrorism can be stopped. If adopted, the suggestions are far reaching, will alter society on Earth forever while no freedoms must be given up. Apparently terrorism occurs infrequently elsewhere in our galaxy but can be overcome as further explained by two of the visitors. Those two are as different from one another as they are from humans, yet they share similarities with us.
