How I Lost 70 Pounds

Have you ever looked in the mirror, and the person you saw, was not the person you believed you were? That’s exactly what I thought a year and a half ago when I would see my reflection. I was in denial that the person in the mirror was the same person who was standing in front of it. I struggled with gaining weight, and I wasn’t sure why. It took tremendous efforts mentally, and physically to get my weight back under control. Many of my friends, and neighbors, thought I must have a secret when they saw me losing weight. They all wanted to know how I did it, so they could win their battle with weight loss as well I suppose. I’m not sure that I’m qualified to give anyone advice on weight loss, but this is my story, and it is how I lost 70 pounds.
