Do I really need a destiny? This question haunts Skye Muir, a seventeen-year-old fairy living in the southern California enclave of Arcana. As her date with the Fates to receive her destiny approaches, she fights shamans, falls in love, and is stalked by a mysterious man who may be an illusion.
