Psychotherapist Michael Levine — dumped, dissed and dejected —has issues: co-op politics, lady troubles, New York whackos and, er, a murderer on the loose in his building. Sparkling dialog, off-beat humor and a cast of quirky characters make for a lively, insightful and entertaining read.
