Evaluation of the USDA Soybean Germplasm Collection: Maturity Group V (FC 30265-PI 612614) and Maturity Groups VI-VIII (PI 416758-PI 606432B)

This publication contains information on the origin, descriptive
characteristics, agronomic performance, and seed composition data of
soybean (Glycine max (L.) Merr.) germplasm accessions in maturity group
V received by 1998 and in maturity groups VI through VIII received
between 1977 and 1998. (Evaluation data on accessions in maturity groups
VI through VIII received before 1977 has already been published in the
USDA Technical Bulletin 1894.) Also included are cultivars in the same
maturity groups, developed at public institutions in the United States and
Canada, and released by 2001.
