Workplace Diversity; Does not mean Equal Opportunity, Equal Growth, and Equal Advancement takes a current look at the Labor Force’s status in the diversification of the workplace. It ask questions as to the progress of the effort, the status of those employed because of this effort, and has found that the intention has failed due to the lack of support found in the actual place of employment and has left many in dead end jobs without the hope of advancement to higher positions and salaries. Workplace Diversity has opened doors, but failed at initiating careers.
