Slavery: Yesterday, Today and Tomorrow

Throughout history, man has been inhuman to man, making slaves of him and his family. No matter the efforts of governments, nations or civilizations, slavery has continued to exist and in fact exists today in the 21st Century.
Looking back in history to the beginning of slavery and its effects on generations after generations, nations after nations, history records reveal the deep dark secrets of slave owners, slave trade and slavery.
Although general belief is that slavery is dead, the opposite is true. Slavery is alive, and not just in the under-developed or impoverished countries, but in the wealthiest country of all, the United States of America.
