It Must Have Been the Jays

It Must Have Been the Jays is the first book in the Milo Mystery Series. In this charming chapter book for early readers we are introduced to Milo, a Mourning Dove intent on solving the mystery of who knocked over a bird bath in his favorite backyard. Throughout the story Milo and his fellow backyard birds overcome some of the obstacles and difficulties common in children today in order to solve the mystery. We also learn the impact humans have on their local environment and uncover things we often fail to see.
