Dr. Paul Rice is a modern-day throwback of the infamous Dr. Jekyll. He is a physician and brilliant biochemist who spent most of his adult life in experiments that would release his female alter ego and bring it to life. Once he feels that he had found the proper formula he injects himself with the serum. Unlike the story of Dr. Jekyll, Paul's creation doesn't turn to be a monster but a beautiful, bright, benevolent young woman who, pleasing him to no end, replaces his physical and mental being.
Despite his long life in the laboratory, Dr. Rice is not an unrealistic academic and realizes the financial value of his formula not so much as a gender changer but as a cure for any fatal illness through age reversal. Once she accepts her new posture in the world, Paula as she now calls herself, seeks a middle-aged business savvy attorney, capable of helping her market her amazing formula.
She finds this candidate in the person of Justine, an aging transgender woman who, after Paula proves her formula's capabiliesby turning her into a strapping young man, accepts her claim.
Together they market Paula's invention to various Oncologists with rich patients who are about to die, and to washed-out wealthy Hollywood divas intent on making a comeback.
