This book is from the author's little spiral journal. It contains an introduction in a diary format discussing the adventures of getting the journal typed up and ready for publication. Then there are the actual journal pages typed up with notes from the author sections for each journal page explaining more about what was written or adding in information about what is happening at that time to give a bigger picture of the crime of stalking.

There are other sections to this compilation of writings both pblished and still being redied for publication.
