In The Sand

I chose the title, In The Sand, for my short story because it represents the passion of romantic love. When two people are in love, there is a warmth for one another that consumes them and, what better place for that heat to manifest itself than on a beautiful, hot, sandy beach with the warm waters of ocean waves near by. In The Sand, gets its title from my first trip to Key West, Florida; which is where I met my husband and also, the place he took me for our first date.
